She is survived by: her husband Stephen Michael Machek, Jr. of Bartow; her parents, Tony Phipps (Leann) of Corbin and Rhonda Garland Payton (Tim) of Cincinnati; her grandparents, Lynda Church of Corbin and Jim Garland (Amy) of Batavia; her sisters, Mynisa Cole of Cincinnati and Destiny Dooley of Corbin; and her pets, Lady, Cody and Rowdy.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Laurel Funeral Home (1382 W Cumberland Gap Pkwy, Corbin, KY 40701). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Calvary Apostolic Lighthouse Church (2550 KY-312, Corbin, KY 40701).
