She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Mildred C. Allen; her daughters, Judith Hill of Bartow, FL, Dorothy Young (Lawrence) of Pittsburgh, PA, Mildred of Miami Garden, FL, Mary F Watts of Bartow, FL, Threatha Allen of Pittsburgh, PA and Stephone B. Allen of Upper Marlboro, MD; and her grandchildren, LaTonya Byrd (Michael) of Lakeland, FL, Henry Stevens (Tisa), Simmie McNeal III (Patrice), Deacon Joseph of Miami Gardens, FL, Vincent Stevens II of Bartow, FL and Rebekah Hill of Bartow, FL.
Due to Covid-19, in person attendance will be limited.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made towards the renovations and dedication of the Mother Mildred Allen Diner, which will serve as the dining room for Living Waters COOLJC.
