He was predeceased by: his parents, Jennings Knox and Pauline Price (Fleming). He is survived by: his sons, Tanner J. Price and Robert M. Price; his siblings, Doug Price (Penny Price) and Paula Edelson (Bryce Edelson); and his nieces and nephews, Joshua Martin, Amy Romleski, Stephen Price, Katelyn Edelson and Lane Edelson.
