She is survived by: her parents, Walter Carter, Jr. of Bartow and Heather Bunch; her stepfather Justin of Bartow; her sister Abigail Carter; and her grandparents, Abe, Judy Moss, Walter Sr., Tam Carter, David and Jean Bunch. She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
