He is survived by: his siblings, Dale, Howard Wells and Joan Wells; his children, Laura Corley, Tracy A. Wells, Stephanie W. Wells and Eric L. Wells; and his grandchildren, Christopher T. Wells, Cody A. Wells, Courtney R. Wells, Ashlyne R. Wells, Peyton E. Wells, Michael L. Wells and Chandler G. Davis.
