He is survived by: his wife Kim McDowell of Bartow; his sons, Bradford McDowell (Lindsey) of Winter Garden, Christopher McDowell and Allen McDowell; his siblings, Dwayne McDowell, Becky Hall of Winter Haven, Ramona Kearns (Larry) of Tampa, Barbara McDowell and Leona Caldwell (Danny Ray) of Auburndale; and his grandchildren, Elijah McDowell and Emmy McDowell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
