He is survived by: his wife Janell Starling of Bartow; his daughters, Cynthia Rangel (Abel) of Lakeland and Patti Parker (Vince) of Bartow; his grandchildren, Catherine, Justin, Trevor, Zach, Zoie, Emily and Zavier; and his great grandchildren, Mia Sky, Junior, Sebastian, Mia Rae and Zero.
