He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Blum and Mary Blum; and his siblings, Patricia Putney and Phillip Blum. He is survived by: his wife June Blum; his sons, Joseph Blum III and Patrick Blum (Rhonda); and his stepchildren, Michelle Royce (Steve), Terri Whitaker and Michael Whaley (Heather). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Whidden-McLean Funeral Home and Crematory (650 E Main St, Bartow, FL 33830). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
