He is survived by: his wife Mary; his daughter Jennifer Shannon; his family, Ryan and Zoe; his granddaughters, Lily and Emma Burnett; his stepchildren, Ben Smith, Marina and Jerry Caldwell; his daughters, Dori, Karis Ginn and Mischa Caldwell; his children, Courtney and Jacob; his nephew Rob; his great-niece Kaitlyn; his great-nephew Austin; his son Scout; and also Christie Crosby (late Jason). He is also survived by his father and mother's extended family of grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.
