He is survived by: his wife Pamela Harler of Bartow; his children, Kayla Stout (James) of Lowell, IN, Jeffery Kyle Harler (Hailey) of Crossville, TN, Nicole Patterson (Michael) of Bartow, Kimma Joiner of Hampton, VA, Michael Walter Moore (Katie) of Lakeland, Keifer Joel Harler of Mulberry and Kristofer Duran Harler of Mulberry; and his brothers, Gary Harler (Terri) of Richmond, VA, Mark Harler (Julia) of Melbourne, FL and Roland Fielder of Richmond.
