She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Zeak and Dorothy Zeak. She is survived by: her husband Gordon; her daughters, Julia Forgas (John) and Pamela Mills (Scott); her grandchildren, Cassie Taylor (Lee), Hannah Mills and Ryan Forgas; and her great grandchild Vivian Taylor.
