He is survived by: his wife Glenda Minshew Richardson; his daughter Patricia Carol Billings (Charles) of Tallahassee; his grandchildren, Sarah Davis, Andrew (Ashlyn), McKenzie Richardson, Scott and Phillip Billings; and his sister-in-law Joan Richardson.
