He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur (Myrtle Chancey) and Navy; his wife Patricia Chancey; and his son Calvin "Ty" Chancey. He is survived by: his children, Dow Chancey (Jackie) and Courtney Dennard (Zachary); his stepdaughters, Sandra Wolfe (Ralph), Patti Smith (Joel), Karen Lynch and Renee Lynch; and his grandchildren, Hank Chancey, Joshua Chancey, Ben Chancey, Daniel Chancey, Michael Gray and Bailey Barrs.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Bartow (410 E Church St, Bartow, FL 33830). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
