She was predeceased by: her parents, W. E. Slocumb and Bertie Slocumb; her husbands, Ray Summers and Jim O'Donnell; and her siblings, Bud Slocumb, Corky Slocumb, Earlene Parrish, Jean Williams and Evelyn Dorsey.
She is survived by: her caregiver Aide; her daughter Renee Smith (Chuck); her grandson Jason Smith (Brittany); her great grandchildren, Jaxon, Emmarie, Owen and Penelope Smith; and her brother Holden Slocumb (Gale). She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
