He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Hal and Mary Williams Hal; his wife Bettye Williams; his sons, Kelly Williams of Lakeland and Kevin Williams (Katrina) of Winter Haven; his sister Barbara Johnston of Lancaster, OH; his grandchildren, Jared Williams (Katie) of Tallahassee, Tori Tolley (Avery) of Winter Haven and Amber Weed (Richard) of Bartow; his great grandchild Nolan Tolley of Winter Haven; and his niece Monica Stokes of New Mexico. He was also cherished by other loving nieces & nephews.
