She was predeceased by: her parents, William Foy Boulware and Nellie Sue Boulware. She is survived by: her children, Alden Mullins (Greg) of Tallahassee, Florida, Amylynn Waters (Charlie) of Indianapolis, Indiana and Andy Tate (Christina) of Lexington; her grandchildren, Trevor Mullins, Bobby, George Waters, Abram and Kennedy Tate; her brother William Foy Boulware III of Valrico; and her nephew Emory. She is also survived by co-workers, and friends.
