He is survived by: his wife Monette Monroe; his children, Ricky Frank Monroe (Kathy), Vickie Lou Monroe and Patty Ann Pawley (Chuck); his grandchildren, Joseph Combee, Christopher Pawley, Shawn Pawley, Michael Monroe, Megan Piotrowski, Carlon Monroe and Katie Treadway; and his siblings, Earl Monroe, Carol Monroe, Mary Ann Bracken and Nell Bracken. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
