He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Leo McCafferty and Dovie Grace McCafferty (McLellan). He is survived by: his children, James McCafferty (Casey) of Wauchula, William Michael McCafferty (Lisa) of Avon Park and Cathy Runnels (Michael) of Mobile, AL; his sisters, Christeen Gibson of Bowling Green and Dean Wilbourn of Elkmont, AL.; and his grandchildren, J. J., Dewhite, Mary and Ruthie.
