He is survived by: his wife Vivian Burbank; his children, Charles Burbank, William Burbank, Steven Mattingley (Lori) and Lisa Turturro (Mark); his grandchildren, Jackson Mattingley, Kevin Mattingley, Hailey Turturro, Kendall Turturro and Nathan Turturro; and his half-siblings, James Burbank, Sue Carter and Jeannie Sargent.
