She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond W. Carter; and her son Raymond W. Carter, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Carrie Carter; her grandchildren, Cindy Carter, Fort Myers and Brian Carter; and her great grandchild Jasmine Wilson of Lake Wales.
