He is survived by: his wife Carole; his sons, Scott (Denise) of Hobe Sound, FL and Timothy (April) of Lancaster, OH; his grandchildren, Tyler (Dacia) of Bourneville, OH, Briar, Emmett of Lancaster, OH and Katherine of Hobe Sound; and his great grandchild Harper of Bourneville, OH..

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to Vitas Hospice of Brevard County.
