He is survived by: his wife Joy; his brother Kenneth Doolittle; his son Matthew Colms (Doolittle); and his stepchildren, Linda Joy Damron (Kevin), Tommy Stinglia, Nickie Stringlia (Suzanne) and Sami Stringlia (Jennifer). He is also survived by several great grandchildren, grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
