He was predeceased by: his parents, John Boylen and Winifred Boylen; and his sister Virginia Gray. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Boylen (Vachon); his children, John W. Boylen, III (Eileen Boylen) of North Attleboro, MA and Jill O'Connor (David O'Connor) of Brighton, MA; his grandchildren, Corey, Caley Boylen and Matthew O'Connor; and his brothers, Richard Boylen (Jo Ann Boylen) of Woonsocket, RI, William Boylen (Mary Boylen) of Lake Wales, FL, George Boylen (Eileen Boylen) of Hull and Paul Boylen of Scituate Massachusetts.
