Elwood Havard Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elwood Havard of Barefoot Bay, Florida, born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 8, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Havard; and his siblings, Richard, Donald Havard, Ruth Havard and Mildred Stahr.
He is survived by: his daughter Laurie Maxwell (John) of Scotch Plains; his grandsons, Kevin Maxwell and John Maxwell (Christina Perchiacca); and his close friend Elizabeth Anderson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
