It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas P. Armstrong in Barefoot Bay, Florida, born in Schenectady, New York, who passed away on January 16, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas W. Armstrong and Rosena J. Armstrong (Quantock); his brother Robert Armstrong; and his stepson Glenn Evans. He is survived by: his children, Scott Armstrong of Guilderland, Amy Armstrong of Clifton Park and Daniel Armstrong (Deborah); his stepson Lance Evans (Kristen) of Ballston Spa; his siblings, Mildred Landolfo of Oldsmar, Florida and John Armstrong (Sandy) of Ballston Spa; and his grandchildren, Allison Armstrong, Maddox, Mikayla Rogers, Daniella, Darby Armstrong, Garrett, Katielynn, Madison and Miriam Evans. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and beloved extended family and friends.
