He was predeceased by: his parents, Patricia A. Demers (Hayes) of New Bedford and Wilfred H. Demers of New Bedford; and his brother Paul Demers of State College, PA.. He is survived by: his friends, Pool, Jacuzzi, Garden, Tiki Bar, Jimmy Buffet and Bee Gees (Caribbean); his close friend Patti; his children, Cheryl Hoffman (Michael), Patrick Demers (Alexandria) and Kristen Demers-Feddy (IB); his grandchildren, Madelyn, Katherine, James, William, Hunter and Annie; and his brothers, Wilfred (Kathy) of Sebastian, FL, Peter Demers (Denise) of Barnstable, MA and Ormond Beach.
Flowers will be donated to the church for Sunday Mass in further remembrance of David.
