He was predeceased by: his mother Ardine Richardson; and his grandson Maddux Taylor. He is survived by: his father Denny Matthews; his wife Tiffaney Scott; his daughters, Kaylee Matthews of East Moline, Ashlee (Travis Spriet) and Haylee (Josh Jett); his grandchildren, Jaylee, Ellee Matthews, Rylee, Eli Spriet, Leeim, Oaklee and Millee Jett; and his siblings, Vickie Franks and Keith Matthews.
Memorials may be made to the family for a fund to be established in Dan's memory.
