She is survived by: her husband Richard "Dick" Chase; her children, Barbara Chase Dolan (Edward) and Richard "Dick" Chase (Theresa); and her grandchildren, Theresa Moore (Chase), Megan Falcone (Dolan), Richard Chase, Nicholas Chase, Brian Dolan, Trisha Hall (Dolan), Jonathan "Jon" Chase and Courtney Lelinho (Chase). She is also survived by spouses, 26 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
