He is survived by: his wife Christine Carol Schunk of Ann Arbor; his siblings, Mary Hanley Machacek of Ann Arbor and John Hanley of Dewitt; his children, Jennifer Hanley Dickerson of Rapid City, Stella Qaraeen of Ottawa Lake, Keenan Hanley of Ypsilanti and Audrey Kirkpatrick of Clinton; and his grandchildren, Tyler Dickerson, Ashley Dickerson, Izzaldeen Qaraeen, Salahaldeen Qaraeen, Sarah Qaraeen and Dauod Qaraeen.
