He was predeceased by: his mother Pearl Shelton; and his brothers, Calvin, Dennis, Owen and Joe.
He is survived by: his granddaughters, Shanna Bird and Robin Barthelme; and his great grandchildren, Addison Bird, Emmi Bird, Dylan Barthelme and Makayla Barthelme. He is also survived by his wife, daughter, son and other relatives.
