She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Johnson and Melva Johnson (Hacker); and her daughter Rebecca Ervin. She is survived by: her son Jason Green of Keystone Heights; her grandchildren, Bryan, Ellyssa and Kenneth "KJ"; her siblings, David Johnson (Shannon) of Havelock and Cynthia Dean (Bill) of Pennsville; and her son-in-law Kyle Ervin of Baldwin.
