She is survived by: her children, Harvey Bentley of Jacksonville, Debra Bentley of Baldwin and Reynaldo Lumbo of Baldwin; her grandchildren, Ashley Bentley of Jacksonville, Derek J. Bentley of Jacksonville and Holly R. Bentley of Middleburg; her great grandchildren, Leah Bentley, Lily Bentley and Annabella Bentley; and her siblings, William Simons and Margaret Hoffman.
