She is survived by: her husband Melvin Smith Sr. of Taylor; her children, Melvin Smith Jr. (Angela) of Taylor, Edward Smith of Jacksonville and Mary Brazeale (John) of Taylor; her grandchildren, Destiny Bosarge (Randy) of Taylor, Alexis Holman (Gene) of Jacksonville, Shianne Brazeale of Taylor, Kayla Smith of Jacksonville, Justin Smith of Jacksonville, Shayla Brazeale of Taylor, Melanie Smith of Taylor and Colton Smith of Jacksonville; her sisters, Gaile Lyons (Charlie) of Orange Park, Bettye Rice (Sonny) of Jacksonville, Jackie Combs of Jacksonville and Brenda Grimes (David) of Jacksonville; her siblings-in-law, Joyce Combs, Donald Hughes of Jacksonville and Keith Dasher of Hog Valley; and her pet Kiki. She is also survived by other extended family members and friends.
