He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Alton Webber and Bonnie Mitchell. He is survived by: his parents, Debra Smith and Bart Smith (Delisa); his wife Rachele Rogers Smith; his mother-in-law Tracey Rogers; his brother-in-law Zachary Baxter; his siblings, Jeremy Smith (Katie), Wesley Josey and Danielle Suggs (Cody); his nephew Sloan Suggs; his grandparents, Sandra Dunn and Johnny Smith (Helen); and his aunts and uncles, Chad Smith, Justin Mitchell, Brigette Wise and Amanda Hall.
