He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Samuel Ross and Vina Westene Stone Ross; his daughter Misty Dawn Ross Ramella; and his brothers, Daniel Alan Ross of Charleston, Richard Blaine Ross of Crestview and Robert Darrell Ross of Summersville.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Sandra Ross of Summersville; his sister Kelly Ross Fryman (Gary) of Crestview; his grandchildren, Alicia Nicole Ramella of Sissonville, Thomas Scott Cole of Point Pleasant and Elijah James Brandon Cole of Beckley; and his great grandchildren, Waylon Ramella and Brooklyn Caynor of Sissonville. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, Tom was a great uncle.
