He was predeceased by: his mother Gladys Kennedy Fountain. He is survived by: his father Delwin Fountain (Ina) of Baker; his wife Tracy Bass Fountain; and his daughters, Emerald Turner (Christopher) of Savannah and Georgia. He is also survived by numerous cousins, friends.
