She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Joseph Ray Fisher; her children, Mark Edward Fisher, Lisa Fisher Winfield and Joseph Ray Fisher Jr.; her parents, Dwight Ellsworth Kelsey and Leta Mae Kelsey; and her siblings, Sandy Kelsey, Alan Kelsey and Martha Kelsey Bazan. She was also cherished by 9 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and 5 nieces and nephews.
