She was predeceased by: her parents, Admiral Dewey Altman and Carrie Williams Altman; her husband Jack Upchurch; her siblings, Hubert Altman, J. B. Altman, Morris Altman, Willie Mae Raulerson and Mallaveene Crawford; and her grandson Justen Ray Christie.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tina Christie-Whaley (Dennis) of Glen St and Sonja Cason (Ronnie) of Starke, FL; her siblings, Albert Dewey Altman (Laverne), Wilbert Altman (Evelyn), George Ray Altman (Billie), Lonzie Altman, Margarett Fletcher (Raymond), Peggy Keves (Bill), Pearlie Taylor and Linda Tyre; her grandchildren, Lauren Nikkole Holian (Derreck), Brock Anthony Christie (Erika), Ashlei Breanna Jones, Tiffani Jones and Danielle Parker (Will); and her great grandchildren, Rylee Rice, Aurora Jones, Avery Holian, Ryan Murphy, Trent Murphy, Taylor Bertie, Sophia Sykes, Mason Chanell, Lane Brown and Justin Brown. She is also survived by wife, loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and sister who loved her family and grandkids.
