He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Cadenhead and Virginia Cadenhead; and his brothers, Gary Cadenhead and Dwight Cadenhead. He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Cadenhead; and his siblings, Roger Cadenhead (Sherry), Earl Cadenhead (Doretta), Rex Cadenhead and Pat McCallum (David). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
