Helms; his children, Ken Helms and Gena Thrasher (Roland); his grandchildren, Brad Thrasher (Lona), Kerry Thrasher and Jenni Taylor (Ben); his great grandchildren, Brandon, Ansley, Brody, Hadley and Hooper; his siblings-in-law, J. L. Allman, Les Kish and Peggi Helms; his niece Anna; and his nephews, Matt, Jake and Johnny. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
