He is survived by: his wife Lyndsey Waltman; his children, Gabriel Waltman of Glen St, Caiden Carver of Glen St and Emily Waltman of Glen St; his parents, Bradford Waltman of Taylor and Debrah Smith (Jesse) of Glen St; his siblings, Oakley Waltman of Taylor, Jesse Smith Jr. of Palm Coast, Tina Waltman of Glen St, Reba Waltman of Macclenny, Tiffany Smith of Glen St and Cindy Himmelhaver of Texas; and his grandmother Linda Crawford of Glen St. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.
