He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Brooks; his daughter Mandie Bignell (Derek); his siblings, Eloise Smith, Rose Dubose, Linda Adams (Don), Gerald Brooks (Mary) and Kathy Brooks; his siblings-in-law, Isabella Erlston and Harry "Sonny" Hummel; and his grandsons, Evan Bignell and Conner Bignell. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
