She is survived by: her husband Cecil R. Garrett; her children, Cecil T. (Crystal) and Chelsi N. Williams (Wendell); her sisters, Dale Adams and Lois Strouse; her grandchildren, Summer Anderson (Jim), Micah Price (Nick) and Garrett McVay (Madison); and her great grandchildren, Cade, Alivia Anderson, Layne and Caroline Price. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
