He was predeceased by: his mother Clarice Davis (Hodges); his brother Wendell Davis; his daughter Linda Davis; and his granddaughter Jennifer Davis. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Davis (Crawford); his children, James Davis Jr. of Macclenny, Richard Davis of Macclenny, Michelle Davis of Macclenny, Jessica Jewell (Brian) of Macclenny, Terri Davis of Macclenny, Kristen Starling (Dustin) of Macclenny and Thirty; and his siblings, Larry Davis (Tammy), Ronnie Davis, Gerald Davis (Susan), Darlene Johnson (Tommy), Kathy Mette, Carol Simmons (Mack), Wanda Blackburn (Phillip), Robin Collins and Regina Wheeler (Eddie). He is also survived by Thirty Grandchildren; Eleven Great-Grandchildren.
