He is survived by: his wife Diane Eddy Huggins; his children, Jack Huggins, Jr. (Cindy) and Gay Huggins Wolff (Kurtis); his stepsons, Jimmy Burgess (Tasha) and Jason Burgess (Alicia); his grandchildren, Bianca Huggins Kuklick (Clayton), Cameron Huggins Spaulding (Daron), Tristan Wolff, Austin Wolff, Libby Burgess Simmons (Noah), Logan Burgess, Fisher Burgess, Jake Burgess, Drew Burgess and Emily Ann Burgess; and his great grandchildren, Brooklyn Kuklick and Ciara Spaulding.
