He is survived by: his significant other Susan Brown; his children, Tiffany Davis, Katie Davis and Gerald Davis Jr.; his siblings, Larry Davis, Ronnie Davis, Wanda Blackburn, Robin Collins, Regina Wheeler, Kathy Mette, Darlene Johnson and Carol Simmons; and his grandchildren, Harlie Rumsey, Tony Forist Jr. (Cricket), Langston Davis and Bryer Forist. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
