He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Mann and Callie Mann (Bennett); and his siblings, Charles Mann, Melvin Mann, Donald Mann, Jack Mann, Gerri Suggs, Mary Hodges, Blanche Pearce and Kate Parrish.
He is survived by: his wife Vera Mann (Hodges) of Glen St; his sons, Frank Mann III (Martha) of Glen St and Marshall Mann (Amy) of Glen St; his grandchildren, Michael Mann, Jennie Cahoon, Callie Mann, Byron Mann and Casey Dawson; and his sisters, Doris Durham (Bob) of Jacksonville, Ella Mae Edwards of Bunnell and Judy Pierce (Dale) of Texas. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
