She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Frost of Jacksonville; her siblings, Albert Jones (Joyce) of Florahome and Marilyn Hodges of Jacksonville; and her close friend Shirley Thomas of Macclenny. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, Ms. Frost requested that donations be made to the GFWC Woman's Club of Macclenny for 'Operation Smile' in her honor at P.O. Box 641, Macclenny, Florida 32063.
