He was predeceased by: his parents, James Griffin, and Pauline Griffin, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Marie Griffin; his stepchildren, Linette Clausman (Chris), Jennifer Young (Jason) and Jason Godwin (Angel); his grandchildren, Gavin, Leslee, Logan, Kaylee, Tristan and Levi; and his brothers, James Griffin, Sr. (Margaret) and Maybre Griffin (Elaine). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in David's name can be sent to the First Baptist Church of Milligan, reflecting his enduring commitment to his faith community.
