He was predeceased by: his aunt Debra D. Williams Wattelet of O'Fallon, Missouri; his grandfather Jackie M. Underwood of Panama City, Florida.; and his father Barry D. Underwood. He is survived by: his mother Dawn Sullivan Underwood of Navarre, Florida; his brother Brandon M. Underwood of Navarre, Florida; his grandparents, Judith Sontag Sullivan of Jackson, Harold M. Sullivan of Dorsey, Illinois and Margaret Dillon Underwood of Baker, Florida; his uncles, Tom Evens (Tucker) of Vassar, John Sullivan of Bellevue, Jason Sullivan of Savannah and Kevin Wattelet of O'Fallon, Missouri; and his aunt Melissa Underwood Burch-Warr of Chipley, Florida. He is also survived by cousins.
